About your Trainer

Nicholas Langley

I have been working in education since 2005, and training Counsellors since 2013. I adore my work, and find spending time with the passionate, diverse student community to be incredibly rewarding.

My work has included the design and delivery of courses at Levels 2, 3 and  Level 4 Counselling Diplomas, the later of which received Accredited status with the National Counselling Society.

As well as having many years of experience working as a Counselling Trainer, I also run a successful Counselling practice in Hythe, Kent, offering personal counselling and clinical supervision.

Fundamentally, I am an Integrative Counsellor with a  particular passion for Existential and Psychodynamic thinking. However, due to my teaching role, I have a functional knowledge of many Counselling approaches.

My most recent commitment has been to apply to study at Masters level and I look forward to that challenge starting in Sept 2019

Current: I am due to begin studying for an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy starting Sep ’19

Level 6 Diploma in Counselling Supervision (2017)
